"Calima Tribe" coffee beans
Notes of nuts and tree fruits. Perfect for highlighting the nuances of the V60.

15 g of medium-fine ground PEPPO'S coffee
250 ml of filtered water at 92–94 ºC
V60, paper filter, carafe, scale and stopwatch
Place and rinse the filter
This removes flavors from the paper and heats the V60.
Add the ground coffee
Use 15g of your choice of PEPPO'S Coffee.
Pre-infusion or "bloom"
Pour in 30 ml of water and wait 30 seconds. CO₂ is released.
Main discharge
Pour the water in circles until you reach 250 ml. Do this slowly in 2 or 3 stages.
Finish and enjoy
When the water has completely filtered, remove the filter and serve.
